Hawkens Gingerbread Christmas Trees

The spice blend in our Gingerbread Christmas Trees evokes those memories from our childhood Christmas memories of baking gingerbread decorations to hang on the tree. The gingerbread have a perfect snap point and really make these flavorsome little biscuit a perfect treat to share at any time during the festive period or as a gorgeous gift at Christmas. To give texture and bite to the biscuit we have incorporated lemon and orange peel along with crystalised ginger pieces. This recipe is baked into the classic form of the gingerbread man and the retail packs are attractively packed into cartons which have been stunningly designed and fit attractively amongst the Hawkens Gingerbread range. there are 13 biscuits to a carton. On the side panel is a fantastic history of the Christmas Tree itself and how we came to bring evergreens into our homes at a certain time of year and decorate them. the cartons are a deep metallic red in colour and simply look fantastic.
