🔄 Returns & Cancellation Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Box of Hugs. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


❌ Order Cancellations & Amendments

You may cancel or amend your order at any time before it has been dispatched.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancel it

📦 Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after 30 days.


💳 Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email
  • You will be informed whether your refund has been approved

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider — refunds can take time to process
  3. Contact your bank

If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.


🔁 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your Box of Hugs for another item:

  • Please contact us via email
  • We’ll guide you through the next steps

🚚 Return Shipping

To arrange a return, please contact us and we will provide instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted
