We want you to absolutely love your Box of Hugs. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
❌ Order Cancellations & Amendments
You may cancel or amend your order at any time before it has been dispatched.
- Please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone
- Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancel it
📦 Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after 30 days.
💳 Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email
- You will be informed whether your refund has been approved
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider — refunds can take time to process
- Contact your bank
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
🔁 Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your Box of Hugs for another item:
- Please contact us via email
- We’ll guide you through the next steps
🚚 Return Shipping
To arrange a return, please contact us and we will provide instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted
