Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to the Channel Islands.

Yes — we do!

📦 How can I track my order?

All orders are fully tracked.

  • You’ll receive an email from the courier with tracking details
  • You can follow your parcel every step of the way

🌍 Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunately, due to current restrictions, we do not offer international delivery at this time.

🏠 What if I enter the wrong delivery address?

Please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll update it for you
  • If it has been sent, we may still be able to amend it with the courier

🚫 What happens if delivery fails?

If delivery is unsuccessful:

  • The courier may leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour
  • Or take it to a local collection point
  • In some cases, it may be returned to us

If your gift is returned, we’re happy to resend it — an additional delivery fee will apply.
