What are the delivery options for my Box of Hugs?
a) UK Mainland - DPD Courier 2-3 working Days - £5.99
UK mainland only (See Scottish Highlands & Islands option below). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be sent out early the following week. We send your Box of Hugs recorded delivery so you can track it to ensure it arrives safely.
b) Next Working Day Delivery - Mainland UK ONLY. On orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday - £7.50
UK mainland only (See Scottish Highlands & Islands option below) and available for orders placed before 10 am Monday to Thursday (excludes weekends and Bank Holidays). Orders taken after the 10am cut off will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be sent out on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. We send your Box of Hugs recorded delivery so you can track it to ensure it arrives safely.
c) Saturday Delivery - Mainland UK ONLY. On orders placed before 10am on Friday - £12.00
UK mainland only (See Scottish Highlands & Islands option below). On orders placed before 10am on a Friday. Any orders taken after this time will be sent out on Monday. We send your Box of Hugs recorded delivery so you can track it to ensure it arrives safely.
d) Northern Ireland, UK Isles & Scottish Highlands - £15.00 DPD Courier 2-3 working days (Sorry we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands)

Scottish Islands - HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3
e) Select A Future Delivery Date - £5.99
UK mainland only (See Scottish Highlands & Islands option below). If you would like your parcel to be delivered later than the next day or on a specific day in the future you can use our 'date picker' at the basket. Please note this date needs to be later than the next day and cannot be a weekend. We send your Box of Hugs recorded delivery so you can track it to ensure it arrives safely. In most cases we will arrange for your parcel to arrive the day before your selected date and we will include an 'open me on 'date'' sticker.
Do you deliver to the Channel Islands?
Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to the Channel Islands.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes we do deliver to Northern Ireland. The delivery cost is £15.00. Parcels will be sent via DPD courier on a 2-3 day service.
How can I track my order?
All orders are sent via courier. DPD will send you an email to let you know when your Box of Hugs will be delivered. From this email you will be able to track your order. Please note if you reply to the email they send, it will go to DPD and not to us so if you have any queries or problems please contact us directly.
Do you deliver internationally?
Unfortunately due to the new Brexit customs restrictions we are currently unable to deliver internationally.
I can’t find the exact Box of Hugs I am after, can I pick and choose items I like?

Can I add a personal message to my Box of Hugs
Yes absolutely! When you place an order you will be asked to select a card to include with your box and then at the basket you will be asked for your personal message.
What happens if I add the wrong shipping address by mistake?
If for any reason you have missed or entered the incorrect delivery address, please get in contact with us and we’ll ensure we update the details prior to sending your gift.
If your gift has already been sent, we may be able to change the delivery details with our courier or you will be able to do this with the courier yourself online or over the phone.
What if there is a failed delivery attempt?
If for any reason the courier was unable to deliver your gift and they had no response to the email to you and calling card to the recipient or the delivery address was incorrect, the gift may be taken to a local collection shop or returned to us.
If your gift is returned to us, we are more than happy to send it back out again (once it has arrived back with us) with further instructions or on a specified day, but this will incur an additional delivery cost of £5.99 which must be paid prior to resending your gift.
