How do I order a corporate gift?

If you are buying a single gift for a one-off occasion, such as a ‘Get Well Soon’ Box of Hugs for a colleague or employee, you can order via the website. If you’re interested in ordering multiple corporate gift boxes, employee gift boxes, or corporate gift hampers for an event, team, or company, please contact Lucy with your equirements at team@boxofhugs.co.uk or call us. Lucy will then arrange a call (or email if you
prefer) to go through your brief and put together options that meet your needs
and budget.

Can I add a personal message to my order?

Yes! For each corporate gift box, you can choose a gift card, or we can create one bespoke for you (minimum order quantities apply). Your personal message can be added and tailored for each recipient, or kept the same across all gifts.

How do we pay for our order?

Once your corporate gift box or employee gift hamper order is confirmed, we’ll set you up in our invoicing system using your contact name, email, and billing address. You’ll receive an itemised invoice by email with a payment link (card or BACS). We usually require payment before dispatch but are flexible depending on your company’s payment terms.

Is VAT included in the prices on the website?

Yes, we are a VAT-registered business. All prices include VAT where applicable, and
VAT will be clearly shown on your invoice.

Can I add any branding to my gifts?

Yes, we can brand your corporate gift hampers or boxes, cards, and messages.
We also work with a merchandising partner if you’d like to include a branded item. Minimum order quantities apply, please get in touch for details.

Is there a minimum order for corporate gifts?

There’s no minimum order for corporate gift boxes, but if branding is required
(e.g. branded boxes or cards), minimum quantities will apply depending on
what’s needed.

I have some team members with dietary requirements – can you cater for this?

Absolutely. We’ll work with you on any substitutions for your employee gift boxes.
Just note dietary needs in your address spreadsheet, and we’ll tailor the contents accordingly, even sourcing items outside our standard range if needed.

I love your products but I can’t find exactly what I’m looking for?

No problem, we’re happy to help. We work with a wide range of suppliers and can source items to meet your corporate gifting requirements.

I have a small budget but would really like to work with you – is there any way to keep the costs down?

Yes! We’re always happy to chat and find ways to create corporate gift boxes or employee hampers that work within your budget.

Would you be able to do gift bags for an event?

Yes, we’ve created and branded gift bags for many conferences and events. Contact us to learn more.

What do I do if I want to send gifts to multiple addresses?

For volume orders to multiple addresses, please contact Lucy, who will manage this
process for you. Unfortunately, this can’t be done via the website unless you
place a separate order for each address.

Is there a specific format required for the addresses?

Yes, we upload addresses to our courier system. Please provide them in a spreadsheet with each line of the address in a separate column. Alternatively, we can accept comma-separated formats. Please password-protect the file and send the
password separately. We delete address data shortly after dispatch.

How do I know my gifts have been delivered?

All corporate and employee gift boxes are sent via tracked services (DPD or Royal Mail). We monitor deliveries and can follow up on any issues.

If I order a one-off gift through the website, can I get a VAT receipt?

Yes, simply email Lucy at team@boxofhugs.co.uk with your order number, and she’ll arrange this for you.

Can I have the gifts delivered to a conference or event centre?

Yes, we often deliver corporate gift hampers and bags to events using a same-day courier. We’ll need the name of someone who can receive and sign for them.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Currently, we don’t offer international delivery, but watch this space!
