What if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll update it for you
  • If it has already been sent, we may still be able to amend it with the courier

What happens if delivery fails?

If delivery is unsuccessful:

  • The courier may leave it with a neighbour or safe place
  • Or take it to a local collection point
  • In some cases, it may be returned to us

If returned, we’re happy to resend your gift (additional delivery fee applies).
